We at MWD Coffee. Value our customers time and money, and hence we strive hard to ensure that our customers receive their purchased product in the finest condition, and on or before committed time line. In order to do so we have partnered with some of the leading logistics/courier companies.

Delivery Timeline: While the delivery timeline will depend upon the delivery address of the customer, but a good range to keep in mind would be 6-10 days. This may vary as per delivery address being in metros or rural areas.

Shipping Fee: A single flat rate of INR 60 (exclusive of GST) for orders below INR 500. All orders above INR 500 qualify for free shipping.

No refunds would be given if the customer has provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

Note: If your parcel is damaged or tampered with when you receive it, then please refuse to accept it. You can call our customer care or mail us at mwdcoffee7@gmail.com mentioning your name &order number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
